Aerovac Services has announced that it has taken on the exclusive distributorship for the Vacuum Research range of products in the UK and Germany. Vacuum Research, based in Pittsburgh, USA, has built an enviable reputation for its vacuum valves, gauges, pumps and associated equipment.
This latest announcement from Aerovac Services comes hot on the heels of its purchase of long-time partner MBA Vacuum. The MBA product portfolio complements Aerovac's own, bringing an extensive range of vacuum components, including mass flow controllers, pressure measurement products, cryopumps, heater jackets, gate valves and more. The acquisition of MBA and the distributorship of the Vacuum Research products adds further weight to Aerovac's boast of being a genuine one-stop-solution for all your vacuum requirements.
With its own manufacturing facility, Aerovac Services is able to develop and build complete systems in-house to meet a customer's exact requirements. The company specializes in vacuum chambers and small vacuum vessels, as well as manufacturing special bellows assemblies in braided hose with any type of end application. Complementing its manufacturing capability, Aerovac Services keeps an extensive range of standard vacuum components in stock throughout the CF, KF and ISO range, and can also produce large batches of standard flanges.
In the last six months due to increased workload Aerovac has undergone some significant changes. The company has moved its entire manufacturing facility to Hastings, and in doing so has doubled its capacity. The company has also purchased new subspindle CNC machines, making its products and systems even more cost-efective within today's competitive market place.
