PI has produced a new brochure on its ultrasonic linear piezo motor actuators and precision positioning stages. Designed for demanding automation applications, these high speed motors are non-magnetic and vacuum compatible.
The brochure presents PI's state-of-the-art piezo motor systems, ranging from pen-tip sized miniature actuators to large aperture multiaxis translation stages. These high-speed, non-magnetic drives are designed for applications in fields such as optics and photonics, semiconductor test and measurement, precision motion control, medical, E-beam lithography and microscopy.
