August 7 2007 marked a momentous day in the history of KNF Neuberger, Inc, seeing the company build its one-millionth pump - the N813.4. This milestone pump was built with an advanced, KNF-built brushless DC motor, which features compact size, minimal EMI/RFI, and has no brushes to wear. It also includes a custom motor controller that features remote speed and on/off control, which allows an instrument's logic circuits to determine pump performance. This pump is installed in KNF's customers' portable medical instruments, analyzers, or wherever compact performance and low-maintenance is required.

"Reaching this milestone in 30 years shows the excellent response by our customers to the innovation and values that KNF has to offer," said Eric Pepe, sales and marketing manager. "Our customers told us that they need both the highest quality and responsive customer support to meet their roadmap to higher product efficiency and lower cost of ownership.

"With a recently-expanded, full-service production facility, including the installation of our fourth CNC machine, we can provide proven quality products with applications assistance and technical support, avoiding the quality problems associated with outsourcing," he continued. "Whether the customer is deciding to do business with us for the first time or is making a repeat purchase, we guarantee they will receive the highest quality, most innovative products, backed by the best possible after-sales support."
