MDC has announced the recent acquisition of two companies; Instrument Technology (ITL), and Innovent Technologies West.
ITL is a supplier of vacuum hardware, especially flanges and fittings, to the vacuum components market and key OEMs located primarily in Europe. The company is located in East Sussex, United Kingdom.
Innovent Technologies West is a manufacturer of ultra high purity weldments and sub-assemblies servicing the semiconductor and transportation equipment industries. Innovent Technologies West, located in San Jose, CA, is the West Coast division of Innovent Technologies, LLC and will operate as a new division under the name ITW SemiSystems, a division of MDC Vacuum Products, LLC.
