It delivers up to 2.5 LPM unrestricted flow, pressure service to 24 psig, and micro vacuum diaphragm pump service to 20 inHg. The CTS Series offers multiple component configurations allowing them to be used for either vacuum operation, pressure operation, alternating vacuum and pressure operations and in low flow applications.
