Miniature diaphragm pump boosts flow rate

Schwarzer Precisionvisit website

Schwarzer Precision has announced a new development of its well-established SP 600 EC miniature diaphragm pump. Thanks to the use of a new diaphragm design the flow rate has been raised to a maximum of 6 l/min while the dimensions remain unchanged. The maximum vacuum is 650 mbar, and the maximum pressure 1300 mbar. Starting against pressure is also possible. Various motors, including brushless motors, guarantee a graded performance.

The new low-noise and low-vibration SP 620 EC works oil- and maintenance-free and has an extremely long service life. In addition, variable fixation options ensure a high flexibility of mounting possibilities.

Schwarzer Precision has been developing high quality miniature pumps for uniquely challenging applications since 1972. Schwarzer pumps are used in areas as diverse as space research projects with NASA to the engines of Formula-1 racecars. Today, the Schwarzer Precision name stands for

competence and know-how in the development and production of fine mechanical pumps. These pumps are commonly used in highly critical areas such as research lab and medical technologies, as well as industrial process measurement & control technologies.

The miniature diaphragm pumps are used for anaesthesia delivery and patient gas monitoring systems. The vane pumps are used for environmental testing technologies and space research projects. The rotation pumps are used to maintain accurate gas intake control levels for Formula-1 racecars.

With its long history of technological expertise in these and other critical application fields, Schwarzer Precision pumps are known for performance, quality and enduring reliability. Customers worldwide have come to appreciate and trust the high standards and absolute precision that comes with the Schwarzer name.
