Schwarzer Prazision has introduced two new pumps - the 100/110 LI - designed for applications where extremely low noise and low vibrations are the key criteria, and where this has to be combined with a reasonable price.
The new linear pumps are very low noise designs and offer greatly reduced vibration over standard products. Further, they operate oil-free and maintenance-free. They offer a maximum vacuum of 275mbar, maximum pressure of 290mbar, and 14 l/min free flow. Compact and lightweight, they measure just 106x76x68mm, and weigh only 640g.
The low noise, low vibration characteristics make these pumps particularly suitable for applications like bedsore prevention mattresses and massage devices, but the company also sees a host of other applications in areas such as cooling, pneumatics, pick and place and general industrial tasks.
