This new series of valves from Pfeiffer Vacuum is suitable for any number of applications in the high vacuum range. It includes manually, electropneumatically and electromagnetically operated valves. Available in DN 16, 25 and 40 ISO-KF sizes, the valves are offered in both angle and inline styles. Thanks to their robust design, these valves are suitable for industrial applications and are resistant to contamination. This contributes to their long service life.
These valves are characterized by improved conductivity, resistance to differential pressure and short response times. The electropneumatic and electromagnetic valve models are equipped with an integrated position indicator. In the case of the electromagnetic valves, the pressure pilot valve is integrated into the case. There are no additional attachments. The valve housing is offered in either stainless steel or aluminum.
