DynaPak packing provides a leak-tight seal with low operating torque in vacuum or high pressure applications, helping to prevent fugitive emissions. The valves offer bi-directional flow throughout their entire operating pressure range, with a maximum operating pressure of 207 bar (3000psi) and a temperature range of -28 to +232degC.
Ideal for handling viscous media, gas or liquids and applications ranging from hydraulic and high pressure test stands to pilot plants in refineries or chemical plants and measurement/regulating equipment, the 7G ball valves have metric Gyrolok end fittings. Improved safety is ensured by visual indication of flow setting as the handle points to which port is in use or to the closed position. Handle extensions up to 120mm (5in) are available to further aid operation and easy position confirmation.
Pneumatic valve actuation for automated systems is an option at any time by using a Hoke 07L rack and pinion actuator. With a dependability to match the ball valves, these compact actuators are available in double-acting and spring-return versions for both 90deg and 180deg actuation, as well as in a weather-proof or explosion-proof housing.
