EVISA vacuum pumps from Mil's are now available in versions suitable for use in explosive atmospheres. These pumps are marked Ex II 2 G II B T4, in conformity with directive 94/09. They are fitted with a temperature safety switch as standard, to provide safe pumping in areas presenting type 1 explosion risks.
EVISA vacuum pumps are lubricated rotary vanes vacuum pumps, which offer the benefit of standardization of spare parts for easier maintenance. They provide continuous running from atmospheric pressure to end vacuum, and final vacuum is down to 0.1mbar. Capacities from 30m3/hr to 632m3/hr.
